Etalem is a fully managed service, so we work hard to keep every session on track. If your Etalem professional can't come, your Account Manager arranges a replacement as quickly as possible. You're never charged for a session you don't receive.

Yes. We build the schedule around your availability. If your schedule changes, just let your Account Manager know at least 48 hours in advance.

We want you fully satisfied. If your Etalem professional isn't the right fit, we'll arrange a replacement — up to three times.

You can pause your service for up to three months. Your unused sessions stay available, and we resume from where you left off when you return. Note: if pricing changes while you're away, the new rate will apply. Just tell your Account Manager at least 48 hours before your next session.

Yes. For cleaning, you provide the supplies and equipment — brooms, mops, cleaning products. For cooking, you provide the ingredients and kitchen equipment. Your Etalem professional brings the skills and the labour.

Yes. Every Etalem professional is background-checked, ID verified, and screened before joining our platform. We also recommend securing valuables and being present during the first visit for added peace of mind. If theft or other criminal activity ever occurs, GoodayOn will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.

You pay in advance before each cycle begins. One cycle = four weeks, so a weekly service covers four sessions per cycle. Pricing may change when you renew — we'll send you the available payment methods.

Just give us prior notice. If you've prepaid for sessions you haven't used, the balance may be refunded under our refund policy. Your Account Manager will walk you through it.
