Will my existing bookings be affected?
No. Any booking already in progress continues exactly as planned. This only applies to new payments made after ArifPay goes live. You do not need to do anything for existing bookings.
Is ArifPay safe to use?
Yes. ArifPay is a regulated payment gateway operating in Ethiopia with full security and compliance standards. Every transaction is tracked, encrypted, and protected. GoodayOn chose ArifPay specifically for its reliability and formal dispute resolution process.
Can I still pay with cash?
From go-live, all new payments will be processed through ArifPay. Cash will no longer be accepted for new bookings. Your account manager can help you set up a payment method if needed.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed and you will not be charged. ArifPay's formal process means payment issues are logged and resolved faster than before. Contact your account manager directly if you experience any problem.
Why is there a fee now when there wasn't before?
We moved off manual payment collection because it was causing delays in booking confirmation. The transaction fee is the cost of using a regulated, instant payment processor. We know it's a change — we want to be upfront about it. The fee is 1% for card and bank, 2.5% for wallet, always shown before you confirm.
