Your service runs on a 4-week cycle (e.g., 3 days/week = 12 sessions). We handle the renewal process and send reminders before each cycle ends.

Your Account Manager will arrange a replacement immediately. You do not lose the session and you do not need to contact anyone except your Account Manager. This is handled for you.
Yes. During your initial consultation, you tell us which days work for you and we schedule accordingly. If you need to change the schedule later, give your Account Manager 48 hours' notice and it will be adjusted.
Simply let your Account Manager know. We will search for a better match and replace the Service Provider. You can request up to three replacements at no additional cost.
You can pause your service for up to three months. When you return, your remaining sessions continue from where you left off. Just inform your Account Manager in advance.
Yes. For cleaning services, you provide the supplies (brooms, mops, cleaning products, etc.). For cooking, you provide the ingredients and kitchen equipment. Your Service Provider brings the skill and the labour.
Every Service Provider has a verified criminal clearance certificate, and Goodayon maintains company responsibility for their conduct. We recommend securing cash and jewellery as a standard precaution, and we advise you to be present on the first service day.
Payment is made in advance for a four-week subscription cycle. You pay once, and the service runs for that period at the agreed frequency. Subsequent payments are due before each new four-week cycle begins. Accepted payment channels will be shared with you separately.
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. Any unused prepaid sessions may be refunded in accordance with Goodayon's refund policy, which your Account Manager can explain in detail.
Contact your Account Manager at any time via WhatsApp or Telegram. All feedback is taken seriously — we use it to maintain and improve service quality. If an issue requires formal investigation, Goodayon initiates that process immediately.
