Etalem is a company-managed service, and we take every measure to ensure your scheduled sessions are delivered as planned. if your assigned service provider is unavailable, your Account Manager will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible to keep your service schedule on track. You will never be charged for a session your don't receive.
Yes. We'll schedule your sessions based on your availability. If your schedule changes, just notify your Account Manager at least 48 hours in advance.
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your assigned service provider, we can arrange a replacement. Customer may request a replacement up to three times.
You can pause your service for up to three months without losing your remaining sessions. When you return, your service will resume with a new Etalem professional from where it ws paused; however, any price adjustments or service rate increases in effect at the time of reactivation will apply. To arrange this, please notify your Account Manager at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session.
Yes. For cleaning service, you provide the necessary supplies and equipment, such as brooms, mops, and cleaning products. For cooking services, you provide the ingredients and kitchen equioment. Your service provider brings the skills and labour needed to deliver the service.
Yes. All Service Providers are fully background-checked. ID verified, and have cleared criminal records before joining our platform. For your peace of mind, we recommend keeping cash, jewelry, and other valuables safely stored during service visits, and being present during the first visit. Both customers and Service Providers are expected to report any incidents immediately. While GoodayOn is not liable for theft or other criminal acts, we will cooperate with the relevant authorities when necessary.
Payment is made in advance before the service begins, based on your selected schedule. Each subscription covers a four-week cycle(for example, weekly service equals four sessions per cycles). To continue the service, the next payment is made before each new four-week cycle starts. Accepted payment methods will be shared with you separately.
You can cancel the service by giving prior notice. If you have prepaid for any unused sessions, the remaining balance may be refunded based on our refund policy. Your Account Manager will guide you through the process.
You can contact your Account Manager anytime via WhatsApp or Telegram. We also share weekly feedback forms and use your input to improve service quality and your overall experience. All feedback is taken seriously, and we take prompt action when needed.
